Happy weekend! Hope it's a lovely one. Planning on going out to see a movie at the local independent cinema here — can't wait.

At Home in Paris

An old shop hidden away in a courtyard of the 10th arrondissement in Paris has been transformed into the warm and welcoming home of Anne-Fleur Broudehoux, one half of the styling team Roseanna, her fashion photographer partner Thierry Lebraly and their little boy Joseph. Architect Stephanie Lizée reworked the space for family life, only preserving the century-old staircase in the heart of the house and the living room floor. Love this one. A clock that doesn't just tell you the time — it makes you work for it. The idea is to make clock watching at school more productive, by giving you mathematical equations to calculate the actual time. Interesting idea, though I can see it being exasperating for the impatient. More here on Co. Design.
