A Modern Loft
A commission for a custom-made midcentury-modern sofa turned into the redesign of an entire loft for designer Rosa Beltran. Her client, an architect in downtown Los Angeles, asked Rosa for more of the mid-century look, and the space, located in a vintage industrial building, definitely has a retro feel, warmed with a modern, more organic sensibility.
