Simple Pleasures
The sheer prettiness of a soft blush pink — something I always seem to rediscover around Valentine's Day. Love this sophisticated use of it on a wall, with crisp black and white as contrast. So modern.

Atelier: Cy DeCosse
I was recently introduced to the stunning work of photographer Cy DeCosse, and I'm so glad I had the chance to see it — Cy is one of the few photographers still using alternative processes such as platinum-palladium printing and gum dichromate, which gives his images an extraordinary depth and richness. I'm especially loving his platinum Flowers and platinum Weeds collections — gorgeous, richly textured images imbued with a glowing light all their own. See more of Cy's work on his site here.
(via the lovely knitwear designer elena rosenberg — thanks so much)
