Malibu Modern

Designed in 1956 by the influential American architect Craig Ellwood, this beautiful mid century classic in Malibu, California was abandoned for many years before it was rescued and returned to its original splendor. Restored in the spirit of the times with cork varnish floors, brick walls and wooden decor and furnishings, it's a stunning example of modernism at its warmest — and with the happy bonus of a pool and a fantastic ocean view, too. Meet the Sponsor

I'm thrilled to introduce new sponsor Quotidienne, a lovely online shop that is all about good quality clothes to wear every day. Featuring small, independent companies from North America, Europe, Japan and other points, the designers chosen for the Quotidienne collection all share a minimalist and offbeat style that mixes seamlessly with your existing wardrobe. Made by people who love what they do, these clothes are the antithesis of fast fashion — quality garments that you'll reach for day after day. Start shopping here.
