Williamsburg Renewal
Artist Anthony Goicolea may have spent an astonishing amount of money on renovating the Williamsburg, Brooklyn home he shares with his partner Paul Kelterborn, but their obvious contentment with the results made it all worth it. I also like that they rent out the ground floor space as a studio to an artist friend (amazing light in that room). More here at the New York Times.
