This beautiful Spanish loft, with its intentional echoes of classic industrial New York lofts, is truly a labour of love — in an advanced state of disrepair when purchased, extensive work needed to be done. Walls were knocked down, damaged walls and ceilings were repaired, the floors were ripped out and replaced and the plumbing and electricity are all new as well. The final result, a homage to 1950s studio lofts, is flooded with natural light — and the rooms flow easily into one another, allowing for a relaxed way of living. Vintage furniture completes the look of this elegant home. More here. Via micasa.
