Weekend

Happy weekend! Have a lovely one. And a lovely space to spend it in. See more of it (it's just gorgeous), the Stockholm apartment of fashion designer Åsa Stenerhag, here.

A corner in the studio of brilliant British designer (clothier, ceramist, interior designer, artist, furniture designer, maker) Faye Toogood, to start your week on an inspiring note. Have a good one.

Paris Vintage

Located in a 17th century building in Le Haut Marais, the lovely Paris home and showroom of Australian-born fashion designer Martin Grant is an intriguing mix of flea market finds, travel souvenirs and textiles. Love the quality of natural light in this space, too. More here in Vogue Australia.

Today I'm admiring the calm elegance of London-based fashion designer Anna Valentine's apartment/studio—love the high ceilings and amazing natural light. Gorgeous. More about it here on Elle Decoration.

Elegant French Minimalism

Utterly smitten with the Paris apartment of clothing designer Eymèle Burgaud — a poetic approach to minimalism that reminds me of French art interiors from the early '90's. Beautiful. See more of it over at Garance Doré here.

A Touch of Gold

Hanne Bloch's stunning Copenhagen home mixes classic Scandinavian design with glam Italian vintage finds, picked up during the 20 years she spent working as a fashion designer in Rome and Milan. This really is my ideal look, I have to say. Love. More here at Bo Bedre.

Buffet

This week's links. Enjoy.

Urban Jungle
Take a tour of the home of India and Magnus of Haarkon, where plants play a major part in the decor. A pretty urban oasis.

The World's Best Teashops
Food and Wine has a great post on fantastic teashops around the world — would love to visit more than a few of these.

Vienna City Typeface
Vienna is famous for its beautiful signs, and happily Achim Gauger is methodically photographing and sharing them on his Instagram account before they disappear. A must for typography fans.

Women Who Changed Fashion: The Designers
Nice overview of women fashion designers, from Jeanne Lanvin, who began her career in 1889, to contemporary designers like the brilliant Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen.

Smashed Chickpeas With Pita
Up your lunchbox game with this really easy and healthy recipe from Bon Appétit.

Fashionably Eclectic

Love this beautiful 1940's Barcelona apartment, the highly personal home of a fashion designer. Interior designer Cristina Rodriguez has transformed the space with a splendid mix of glam pieces and floral details — and a sense of fun, as can be seen by the amazingly stylish table tennis room. Lots more photos here on AD España.

Loft Living, Italian Style

The Florence apartment of Marco Semeghini reflects his sophisticated eye for pattern, colour and texture — something that comes naturally to someone who works in the fashion industry, as marketing manager for brands like Gucci and Tom Ford. Beautiful space. More here.
