Happy weekend! Hope it's a lovely one. Looking forward to a forecast of perfect weather — and perhaps a picnic.

The 19th century Seville apartment of painter Chema Rodriguez has, amazingly, been pretty much untouched since it was first built. When he bought it, Chema was keen to keep it as intact as possible, relishing the cracks and chips caused by time — a window and two mezzanines are the biggest changes made to the space. A wonderful, art-filled creative space that definitely inspires. More here on Architectural Digest.

Automatism is getting a fresh new look! You'll see some subtle changes here over the next little while, starting with bigger, more mobile-friendly images (thanks to my sweet brother Greg for the html assistance!). I hope you like it.
