A tiny 50 square metre former artist's studio in the 20th arrondissement of Paris has a new lease of life as a loft, thanks to the clever design of Sandra Gaudenzi and Gianluca De Giorgio of NZI Architectes. Taking advantage of the space's high ceilings, the pair created three half levels, giving the owner a living room, kitchen with table and bar, a sleeping area and study as well as a bathroom — all with lots of natural light. A true bonus, though, is the small inner courtyard, which becomes another room on sunny days. Lovely. More here on Living.

I'm thrilled to welcome back English antique dealer and illustrator Linda, who recently opened a lovely new online shop called After Antoinette. Here she shares the wonderful finds she makes on her travels around Europe — and as she was on a buying trip to France just this past weekend, I'm so looking forward to seeing what she's discovered, as she has a truly great eye for the unusual and interesting. I still treasure the beautiful French vintage lace bobbins I purchased from her several years ago. Start shopping here.
