What was once a warehouse is now a bohemian loft filled with vintage furnishings and retro finds, set off by the naturally distressed walls. Recycled wood and other building materials have been used wherever possible, leading to clever ideas such as the lath planking used for the living room wall and the bedroom flooring reclaimed from a basketball court. And underfloor heating in the main living area keeps the space cosy despite its vast size. Love. More here on House to Home.
By day (or, depending on the deadline, by night) I'm a Canadian collage illustrator. Since 2006, the automatism blog is where I share whatever I find inspiring, interesting, or simply beautiful in interiors, design, art, illustration and other creative fields.
