Here and There

Recently Zoey of the award winning UXUS Design group in Amsterdam was kind enough to share with me photos of one of their latest residential projects — and as you can see, the results are just gorgeous. Located in the heart of Connecticut, this stunning home began life as a hunting lodge in the 1930s. The American family now living here had previously lived in Europe for 13 years, and upon their return wanted their new home to reflect their experiences. It's now an intriguing mix of modern European design and relaxed American style, with personal momentoes to add warmth and interest. Love. See more UXUS projects here, too.

I love the white walls, the reclaimed wood table, the stone fireplace with stacked books... I love all of it!

I am in love with the white look.
The design looks really sharp and clean.
