Illustrator James Gulliver Hancock has an intriguing ongoing project — he's attempting to draw every building in NYC. Shown here are a few buildings on Rivington. Check out his great portfolio of published work here, too. Via kottke.
yay! it says 'halal' =D its an islamic term which means that the food are deemed clean and lawful. we get that a lot in england as well. it seems that kebab stalls sprout every time a city thrives and becomes more cosmopolitan. just an interesting trend. =)
By day (or, depending on the deadline, by night) I'm a Canadian collage illustrator. Since 2006, the automatism blog is where I share whatever I find inspiring, interesting, or simply beautiful in interiors, design, art, illustration and other creative fields.
