Villa by the Water

Tusnelda and Ole felt that their dream had come true when they found this pretty house close to the water, despite the somewhat forlorn condition they discovered inside. Still an ongoing project — among other jobs they've removed seven layers of wallpaper, replastered the walls, and are still uncertain about where the kitchen will eventually be — it already shines as a warm and welcoming family home. More photos here, too. Via Bolig Magasinet.

I love this one. I especially love the photo of the boy on the bed. So sweet. Thank you, Lori!

That bedroom makes me want to dive in! Love the Persian rug and Oatmeal colored bedding - cozy and practical.

Love the use of all those baskets. And are those stacked suitcases (3) as a sidetable? Very cool.

This home has just the right measure of style while still being lived in. Perfect.
