Helena and Pelle Hallgren's lovely tranquil home in Gävle is the result of a perfect interior design team — she comes up with the ideas, and he creates them. Both love white rustic interiors — spaces that are calm, but with a history. Their home is a wonderful mix of heirloom pieces, fleamarket finds and basics from Ikea — plus what Pelle has built himself, such as the kitchen table and the headboard in the bedroom.
