This beautiful space is the home of Oliver Gustav, who owns a fascinating shop of the same name in Copenhagen — the store is located on the ground floor of the old distillery and Oliver lives on the floors above. Very basic in some ways — there's no heating — it more than makes up for this in the sheer beauty of the interiors (and those amazing still life compositions). Discovered on the lovely Lotta Agaton blog, via mustard and sage.

Amazing interiors, stunning photos. Moody, but in a good way! A little bit Frederic Mechiche, a little bit Charles Dickens! I love the desk area with the oversized task light, and the huge graphic calendar (I'm assuming that's what the '16' is?)
I think it's a calendar, Lucy!
:-)
What an intriguing house: you could wander around it for days finding new things!
Beautiful space!
I LOVE these! Have seen only one or two before, but the whole set like this.. *sigh*..!
The lights are fantastic as are all his chairs and tables.. and the art (!).. ALL of it actually.
Thanks for this brilliant post.
