A Modern Farmhouse

What was once an old farmhouse in Belgium has been transformed into a bright and modern open space for a couple and their three sons. The main floor contains the library and office, kitchen, living room and master bedroom, while the second floor, an open loft space that has kept its original wood beams, is the children's sleep and play area. Love how relaxed and liveable this conversion is — it looks very much like a happy home. More photos here, too. Via OWI.

This is so awesome! Very inspiring. I just think of how many times I've said, "I love that piece, but it doesn't fit the "feel" of my house itself..." this home makes anything look possible!

That kitchen is right on spot! I love the industrial feel!
