A pretty bedspread — love the bright note of colour against the monochromatic scheme. This lovely room is from Vaucluse House, a (mostly) Gothic Revival home that faces onto Sydney Harbour in Vaucluse (NSW, Australia) and dates from 1805 (when construction began) until its eventual completion in the early 1860s.

I love this!
the photo really caught my eye :)
Oh, I know this room well! I love Vaucluse House, every time I am back in Sydney, we go through the house to have a drool (the light coming through the old fashioned glass is beautiful) and a picnic on the grounds. This reminds me of Summer!
This room is just lovely. Nothing compares to a classic black and white room with a few pops of color.
