A Beautiful Life

Swedish fashion designer Malene Birger's home in Copenhagen's old shipyard area not only reflects her career — she has wonderful collections of coats, hats and jewelry — but also shows her adventurous personality, with photos and objets d'art picked up in her travels. Surrounded by beauty, put together with an original and creative touch, it's here that she's found her home port. More photos of her lovely home here. Via Sk├Âna hem.

is it strange that I want to trade lives with the dog in the last picture? he looks so comfortable!

I really love how she has the prints and photographs arranged on those straight white shelves. I would love to do something like that in my home.

Its great to see fashion designers homes. I am always interested especially when I like their collections to see how their taste is reflected in the home.

I also liked this home, so beautiful with the paintings on the wall and so many nice details.

LOVING this house (and look at the cute little pup on the bed, he blends in perfectly with the black and white decor!)

These are terrific images. I want those coats. You have a beautiful blog. Clean and easy to read with interesting content to boot. I'm glad I found you and I hope you don't mind if I link to the images next week!
