It took Hans-Peter Jochum and Jett Rodgers, who run a 20th-century furniture store and gallery in Berlin, almost a decade to purchase their dream home, located in a lakeside village about 30 minutes west of the city — right beside what was once the summer home of Albert Einstein. See more photos and read about their journey — and the eventful history of their home, including the escape to the West of the two brothers who built it — here. Via The New York Times.

Thank you for sharing. This is a wonderful home. I love all that light and the space. Stunning.
Love the contrast of warm wood against the clean white walls! Also the gorgeous big windows flooding in light too!
Happy Monday to you Lori!
