A Happy Mix

The stunning home of Martin and Thérèse Cederblad is a wonderful example of how well traditional and modern design can happily co-exist in the same space. By keeping the background walls, ceiling and woodwork the same uniform creamy white, their mix of heirlooms, flea market finds, modern art, toile de Jouy and 20th century classics not only have room to breathe but complement each other, too. See more photos and read about this lovely home (in Swedish) on the Skonahem site here.

Beautiful. Love the arrangement of the art above the bed.

There are so many beautiful pieces of furniture in each room. They must've taken years to build that collection. I love that gold mirror so much.
