The fireplace stacked with books is soooo smart! As a renter I can appreciate this b/c most landlords block fireplaces. Such a great idea :D
Heaven! Love them all except the fireplace... I strongly suspect that owner doesn't read those books!

Lovely ideas! I'd like to do the shelving in the third from bottom, but I suspect it takes a lot of skill to build wall units like that and get them perfect lined up and straight. Someday ...

They're all great ideas! Another great idea is turning an old, falling apart dresser into a book or magazine shelf. My dresser knobs were loose and falling off and the front drawer panels were splitting, so I took off the drawer panels and my dresser is now storage for my magazines. It looks great!
