Winter Supper


Found this recipe for Skillet Gnocchi with Chard & White Beans on Eating Well and thought I'd share — I'm currently on the lookout for great winter weeknight suppers that are healthy, too. And one must be well nourished to create, after all ... :-)

I just posted a great lentil edamame stew on my blog. From Cooking Light! I'm gonna have to give this one a try too though. It looks so good.

That stew sounds great, Claire — thanks for sharing! Incidentally, the gnocchi turned out well when we tried it yesterday — we substituted fresh spinach for the chard, but other than that followed the recipe.
