This lovely house is the summer home of designer Charlotte Lynggaard. As you can see from the bedroom window, the view outside is spectacular, but the inside is stunning, too -- a perfect example of a serene and harmonious space created by using a simple palette. A happy mix of antique and modern pieces adds warmth and personality, too. You can find more photos from the same shoot here. (photography by Johan Carlson). Via Sköna hem.

The floors! The egg chair! The navy blue accents! I'm in heaven.
I bought this issue on my trip to Sweden and this was exactly the article I was drooling over...I knew you had great taste! ;)
I agree, Jane -- I was hooked as soon as I saw the Egg chair, and then it just got better and better!
Thanks for the lovely compliment, Anke -- we definitely share the same taste as I frequently drool over the posts on your own blog!
:-)

I just bumped into your lovely blog through Follow Studio ... pretty pretty. And we must be kindred spirits because I just blogged this stunner house too ... xx
Isn't that touch of blue great, Ashley? And I guess great minds think alike, Emma!
