
Boredom may be good for you. According to a New York times article by Benedict Carey, boredom "... should be recognized as a legitimate human emotion that can be central to learning and creativity.” An interesting idea ... and the perfect riposte if you're scolded for staring too long at the wall in your office. TOTALLY agree... those who have suffered from boredom seem to be the most eager to do something with their lives!
