The Picture Licensing Universal System (PLUS), a non-profit coalition of companies, associations, and industry experts, recently came together with the mandate to "...clearly define and standardize the core aspects of image licensing and its management." Their aim is to create a more transparent and fairer licensing process for both image creators and image buyers.
